UFC two division champion COnor McGregor took on Khabib Nurmagomedov for the lightweight title at UFC 229.
Khabib beat the brakes off Conor then attacked his teammates in the crowd. Chaos ensued and Conor was jumped in the ring by Khabib’s team.
Today, Dana White confirmed to reporters that the pay-per-view did ‘way over 2 million’ buys. We’ve spoken with a UFC official who confirmed that the fight did 2.7 Million buys making it the biggest in MMA history.
Dana says he is a little giddy this morning because the PPV numbers are start to roll in.
