Vasyl Lomachenko Training Like A Monster For Nicholas Walters!

Vasyl Lomachenko 6-1 (4 KO’s) has many training methods that serve as a recipe for his great craftsmanship in Boxing. In a previous article, we looked into some of his “hi tech” training. From hand stands, to using a shulte table for concentration, focus, and expansion of peripheral vision. Today we look into some of his old school training methods. Alongside father and trainer Anatoly Lomachenko who has been training Vasyl Lomachenko since he was a child. Preparing him for all the physical and mental challenges down the road. Now that he has been set to face Nicholas Walters 26-0-1 (21 KO’s) on November 26, 2016 Vasyl Lomachenko will be putting all his years of training and experience to the test.
Vasyl Lomachenko will be defending his WBO super featherweight belt after knocking out Roman Martinez 29-3-3 (17 KO’s) for the belt last June. Now it’s Vasyl Lomachenko’s time to shine and prove to the world that he belongs at the top of his division and everyone’s pound for pound list. In order to accomplish this, Vayl Lomachenko is working out and training like a beast. In the video below you can see him running for miles, and working on his hand speed. Aside from that he also does calisthenics rigorously doing many exercises, push ups and swinging across monkey bars for upper body strength and balance. Nicholas Walters will not be an easy time for Vasyl Lomachenko due to Walter’s height and reach advantage. Not to mention that Nicholas Walters is the much bigger man.
In order for Lomachenko to pull of this win he will need to train his mind and body to ready himself for the power and skills of Nicholas Walters. You can see him run up and down the steps, working on different muscles on the body and also working on his speed and reflexes by shadowboxing. Very soon we will find out if Lomachenko can rise to the occasion by putting on what will most likely be a “Rocky Balboa” type of performance.
