Last week UFC President Dana White and owner Lorenzo Fertitta made their rounds in Las Vegas with Conor McGregor for Dinner, and in Stockton with Nate Diaz for lunch. The meetings were to book a
fight between the two for UFC 202 or 203. But that wasn’t the most interesting thing discussed during the meetings. Our sources close to the Diaz camp are telling us that Nate Diaz was also offered a coaching gig alongside McGregor on “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show.
We’re being told that Nate doesn’t want to coach TUF and is asking for a ton of money to do so. Which is possibly the reasoning behind Dana White storming out of the meeting.
